We’re seeking a self-motivated lending professional to deliver value-added financial services to an established base of farm clients in the Spicer, MN area. The successful candidate will join an exceptional team of bank and insurance professionals in an upscale lakes area environment.
Duties include developing and monitoring loans for commercial and ag clients, and serving those clients by delivering value-added financial analysis and advisory services. On-site visits to client farms and businesses, community involvement, client relatability and a mastery of the consultative service provider process are key expectations. Past farm work, management or ownership is a definite plus in this postion.
Qualifications:
• 4-year degree in finance, ag or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of ag loan experience.
• Working knowledge of current bank compliance regulations relating to ag lending.
• Working knowledge / familiarity with software necessary to perform duties -- text, spreadsheet and financial analysis.
• Work out experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
