New Rules for Businesses opening new accounts and loans
Attention Corporations, LLCs and Partnerships: Beginning May 11, 2018, when you open a new account or apply for a new loan, there will be additional information required to be provided to us about your beneficial owners.
A Beneficial Owner is:
You will need to provide the following information for each beneficial owner: name, address, date of birth and other identification information that will allow us to identify and verify the identities of your beneficial owners. We will also ask for a driver’s license or other identifying documents for each beneficial owner.
The Beneficial Ownership Certification form is available here for any clients who would like to fill and print ahead of a meeting.
