online and mobile banking update launching september 12th

Our new and improved Online and Mobile Banking platforms for consumers offer all the tools you need to achieve your financial goals and meet your everyday banking needs wherever you go.

Your account details will be available at launch on September 12th including transaction history, billpay information, scheduled payments, and eStatement settings.  

Logging into Online Banking

  • Your Alerts settings and card controls will not transfer. Make note of your current settings before September 12th. These will need to be set up in the new system.
  • Any recurring internal transfers you currently have set up will carry over as is. Once the new system is live, if you want to make edits to them, you will need to set up the transfer again and delete the old one.
  • On September 12th, login using your existing User ID and Password. You will have the option to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity and login.
  • If you utilize biometrics to access digital banking, be sure you know your User ID and Password before September 12th.
  • To ensure a smooth first time login, it is important that your Online Banking Profile includes your current phone number and email address. Please login to review and update this information as soon as possible.

Downloading the mobile banking app

Once the new system is live on September 12th, you can access the new Mobile Banking app in two ways:

  • Through our Current Mobile Banking App: Open our current app, and you will be redirected to download the new app. Once downloaded, login with your existing User ID and Password, then delete the old app.

OR

  • Direct Download: Search for United Prairie Bank in your device’s app store, and download the new app. Login with your existing User ID and Password, then delete the old app.

NOTE: If you previously used biometrics to login, you will need to activate this feature within the new app.

update checklist:

  • Confirm your phone number and email address in Online Banking, and make sure you know your existing User ID and Password.

  • On September 12th, login using your existing User ID and Password. You’ll need to verify your identity with a one-time passcode by text or phone call.
  • Access Mobile Banking in our current app, where you’ll be redirected to the new app, or by searching for United Prairie Bank in your device’s app store.
  • If you use biometrics to login, activate this feature within the new app after logging in.

WATCH TO LEARN MORE

In preparation for our Online and Mobile Banking Upgrade, the following services will be affected: Online/ Mobile Banking and Telebanc available for Inquiry-Only starting at 6:00 p.m. on 9/10. BillPay will be disabled at 7:00 a.m. on 9/10 and scheduled payments will still process. These services will be live in their newly upgraded environment starting at 9:00 a.m. on 9/12.
