general access

Access Times will be 24/7 and will not be editable. The first time you log in:

  • Current Token Users:
    • You will need to log in with an actual password, NOT the number from your token plus your PIN. Your token will need to be reconfigured.
    • If you do not know your password, you can click the Forgot Password link. A temporary password will be sent to your email address on record. You will use this password to log in going forward. Please make note of it.
    • After resetting your password, you will activate your token. o Instructions can be found on the Landing page for both a physical token and a soft token (see specific token activation instructions)
    • Your token will be used as the MFA device going forward. You will log in with the password and then verify your identity using a one-time password from your token. A PIN is no longer necessary.
  • Current Password Users:
    • You will log in with your current username and password.
    • MFA will be through a text or call to your phone number on record.
    • You will only need to validate your identity on a new device or if you device is no longer recognized.

stop pay authority

Currently we can differentiate between a user being able to Add a new Stop Pay, Inquire into existing Stop Pays, Both, or None. The option to Inquiry only into existing Stop Pays will go away. Users with the inquiry only authority will be converted to no Stop Pay access.

internal transfer templates

Non-recurring Internal Transfer Templates will not convert to the new platform.

  • These will no longer be set up by the bank and can be set up by business users themselves. Access to specific templates can be granted and restricted after they are created.
  • Internal transfers that are set up as recurring will convert to the new platform. Verify any pending recurring transfers after the go-live date.

export transaction data authority

Currently the authority to be able to Export financial data can be controlled at the individual account level. After conversion this will be an All or Nothing permission and not at the individual account level.

Mobile Deposit Authority

Currently the authority to be able to mobile deposit can be controlled at the individual account level for a user. After conversion this will be an All or Nothing permission for a user and not controlled at the individual account level.

ACH

  • History of submitted ACH files will not be converted to the new platform. It is recommended that you download/save ACH file records prior to conversion.
  • Payee information from previously processed files and those within established templates will convert to the new platform as Participants. A Participant in the ACH platform is the person/entity whose account is being debited or credited via ACH.
  • To have ACH File information convert it must be housed in a Template in the current ACH platform. An ACH File is a group of Participants who are debited/credited within the same transaction (file). i.e. Employees for payroll, Vendors for Accounts Payable. An established template will convert to the new platform.
  • A template is not considered a previously submitted file. There is a specific area in the current platform where templates are established and housed. See training video on how to convert a previously submitted file to a template.
  • There is no longer a differentiation between permission to see Payroll ACH and other ACH files. To restrict access to Payroll information, you must create a template for payroll and only give template access to those who should have the authority to see payroll information.
  • Transfers scheduled to process after the conversion and recurring ACH files will not convert. They will need to be reestablished after the conversion.
  • ACH Company ID: If you generate and ACH file in a third party software and upload that file to our online banking for origination, you will need to ensure that the Company ID within the file matches that of the Company ID we have on record for you. Standard Company ID will be the EIN of the entity preceded by a “9".  i.e. if the EIN is 12-3456789 then the Company ID in the ACH file will need to be “9123456789”
  • Uploading NACHA formatted files will be completed using the Pass-Thru file option.
  • Commingled Files: If you currently submit a commingled file (a file that has multiple batches with different SEC codes) you can still upload the file using the Pass Thru option. If the file requires secondary approval, the approver is required to approve each batch within the upload file separately.
  • Watch our ACH Training Webcast where we go over how to manage and create ACH files on the new platform.
